2. Mutual Undertaking

Transparency is key.
We commit to:

Reviewing your idea only for evaluation and development purposes.

Not using or disclosing your idea without your consent.

Keeping you involved in major decisions if your idea is chosen for execution.
 

3. NDA on Request

If you need an additional layer of protection, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we dive deep into your idea.
This legally ensures that your idea stays confidential and is not shared outside of our team.

4. Secure Data Handling

Encrypted Submissions: All idea submissions are stored securely.

Limited Access: Only our core review team can access your idea.

5. Profit & Credit Sharing

If your idea is selected and developed, you will receive:

Fair Profit Share: A percentage of profits (agreed in advance based on the idea’s contribution).

Credit: Public acknowledgment (unless you prefer to stay anonymous).
 

6. Collaboration Rights

You have the option to participate in the execution of your idea.
We believe the original contributor’s input is valuable and can improve the outcome.
