1. Ownership

All ideas submitted to Idea.exe must be original and owned by the person submitting them. By submitting an idea, you confirm that it is your own and not copied from others.

2.Evaluation Process

Your idea will go through a review process including internal discussion and optional AI-enhanced assessment. If selected, our team may collaborate with you to refine, build, and launch the idea.

3. Profit Sharing

If your idea is selected and developed, you will receive an equity of the total profit based on:

The originality and potential of the idea.
The effort and contribution you make during development.

4. Confidentiality

We do not publicly share or pitch your idea without your permission. All submitted ideas are treated as confidential.

5. Project Involvement

We encourage you to get involved in executing your idea and you will get a fair profit share from it.

6. Inactivity & Withdrawal

If you become inactive for over 30 days without communication, we may proceed with the project. You’ll still retain your agreed share if your idea is used.

7. Updates & Changes

These Terms may be updated over time. Major changes will be communicated clearly on this page or via email.
